I am getting the same error message time and time again when trying to connect. I have done everything i need to do on Xero side but when connecting the two accounts i get a message saying Connection Failed We were unable to connect your Tide account to Xero.
I have tried this on different laptops/computers all day and get the same message each time.
I’ve about had it with Tide. I started off with Quickbooks and was told not compatible so even though Xero is more expensive I cancelled QB to switch over and now apparently it won’t work - unless I’m missing something?
Would be grateful for any help… thanks
