Where Is My Cash

I have just checked with the company who currently I have a contract with. They forwarded the money due to me this morning and I have the invoice and their bank statement proving the transfer but still no receipt on my account. What is going on.

I have also asked for someone to contact me urgently but again, no response.

Please can someone contact me URGENTLY
