Hi All,

What is the point in offering plus phone service and the legal helpline if no-one is able to answer the calls?

Please do not spout the usual “exceptionally busy” and “bringing on new staff”. You have had months now, we know you failed with BBL’s, at least try and deliver some form of customer service…it doesn’t even need to be “good”, just a service would be nice.
