What is going on?

Tide - I am desperately trying to raise someone to speak to ASAP about a problem with a payment into my account which seems to have disappeared. I have sent you a message by the app and have now sent five emails to the hello@tide.co account. Your website clearly states that we should use the email to speak to someone if the messaging on the app doesn’t yield a reply. Please find someone to call me today as this has been going on since last week and I am getting incredibly concerned.
