We want to use our card to make purchases with Microsoft Azure but unfortunately receive the error “Sorry, we can’t accept pre-paid cards. Please try another payment method.”.

Is there any way around this or would I need to use another card for now?

Hi there, thanks for reaching out to us!

Unfortunately, as the Tide card is a pre-paid card some merchants will not accept the card and I’m afraid there is no way around this.

We would advise using a personal card or making the payment via a bank transfer.
