Urgent response: payments not entering account

My customers have been unable to make payments into my account. There are no eeror messages but after 30 mins they receive their money back and it will not show on my tide account. Ive asked in the app for somebody to call me to discuss the problem but i havent had a call yet. I need this resolved today as its inpacying my business.
