Urgent Help needed asap

Hi, i got a new phone and redownloaded the app. I have nlw been waiting days withojt access whilst tide carry out checks. No reply to messages, tickets emails and.no phone. Shocking. I need urgent access before this ruins my business in the middle of a pandemic!!!

Absolutlry shocking i will take this to the ombudsman if not resolved today. Consider this a complaint
