I’m a brand new business, and the first important time sensitive payment I’ve got to make for a client, looks like its going to be missed! How can I get someone at TIDE to take ownership and help with this?

I’m locked out of my app after changing my phone I’ve tried sending messages through the only bit of the app it lets me access but no reply, poor service, I’ve sent emails also still no reply I can’t pay bills or set up payments this means my workers or materials aren’t getting paid, please sort asap
