One of my business accounts has been frozen for days (Premium Member). No answer on the phone and only one response to messages sent daily in the app appealing for urgent assistance. In this particularly challenging time of Covid 19 small business need all the assistance. The lack of communication and action is threatening the viability of my business. Please respond to the urgent need for my business account to be unlocked.
