Unable to start the app

I have OnePlus 5 Android 9 phone and I have installed Tide app and have been using it for a year now. After the phone reset and installation of the app the app will not start. It will not get past the start screen “Smart business banking”. The SafetyNet test app tests pass.

Please help!
