Unable to App update

I have been trying to update my app & it keeps coming up with a message saying that it is no longer available because it has been removed from the App Store. Can you please help me to update, as I can’t even get into the app now without selecting the “update” option.

Hi there @sarahh

Our listing on the appstore is still active, but it’ll only be accessible if your region is set to the UK.

If it’s set to be anywhere outside the UK, you’ll have to change it back and you can do this by following these steps:

Open the Settings app.
Tap your name, then tap iTunes & App Store.
Tap your Apple ID, then tap View Apple ID. You may be asked to sign in.
Tap Country/Region.
Tap “Change Country or Region”. If you can’t see “Change Country or Region”, contact Apple Support.

If it’s already set to the UK, I’d recommend making sure that your device is fully updated and rebooting it before you try to find the app again.
