Unable to access app due to no UK mobile


I have contacted you multiple times now for assistance accessing my bank account & have heard nothing back. I am unable to gain access through the app as I no longer have a UK mobile number after moving back to Australia.
Please advise ASAP how to proceed with this problem, as I require access to the account for my business.
