I have two accounts with you and neither of them is operating as expected.

One has client payments bouncing, even having double and triple check the payment details.

The other is bouncing DDs and card payments.

Both have sufficient funds, what is happening?

I’ve tried to contact support via the app, but am getting nothing. This is totally unacceptable for a business banking facility, I have suppliers and wages to pay!
