Trying to open account but will not accept scan of id


i have been trying to complete my application to open an account for three days now but it will not accept the scan of my drivers licence of my face photo. what do i do now i have tried over 15 times but it just says unable to read your identity documents. im about to give up with it.

i have also spent an hour trying to scan my ‘new’ passeport , the idiotic animation gets in the way , it makes no attempt to actually capture the image, but then you cant see if its all in line because the animation wanders around the screen, there has to be a better way
