Given that Tide strives to do better every day and prides itself on supoorting SME’s. I was wondering if you had read the Trustpilot reviews of Tide recently?

I think you will see both the anger and distress of many of your members.

All things considered, do you think it the right time to send out mass marketing emails to win £50 Amazon vouchers?

We are absolutely aware of our members’ disappointment, our colleagues will be doing their best to address their concerns as they’re able. The damage to the trust that our members have in us is real, and we can only work to repair it however we can.
