Tried to open the account and can't verify but didn't tell me what shall I do next

Hi, I’ve been trying to an account as our company is new but it said that it can’t verify my id. I tried again by sending a copy of my passport photo. Don’t know why it happens.

I would recommend looking at our community page I’m having trouble scanning my ID link. This should give you a better indication of how to verify your ID.
