Tide won't respond. Abroad on business trip and card being declined

Hello, I am abroad and my card is being declined. I need my card active to be able to get home. I was sat in a restaurant with only my business card on me and it was declined. I found myself in a very embarrassing situation when I had more than sufficient funds in the account to cover it.

I have sent numerous messages to tide with no response. I need to my card active asap
