Tide setting up App


App says enter email - then click next ‘An error occured’. Any hints how to get to next stage?

Hi I am experiencing the same problem since this morning and no one has been in touch- I have removed and redownloaded the app twiche but it is still the same issue. Please can someone get in touch.
