It may be user error as I’m new to both Sage and Tide however I’ve followed all the instructions in linking my business current account to my sage one account and although it says it’s linked none of the account activity is showing. Any ideas?

Sage have been working to remove incorrect transactions but if you require assistance please don’t hesitate to get in touch via the app: the team can assist you with manual corrections.
The bank-feed is now back to a normal service and no further issues should occur.
