I currently have two active Limited business accounts with Tide which operate perfectly with no problems.
My third Limited company which was set up around two weeks ago also needs a business account so I thought I would also use Tide for this.
I applied to open the business account on the 27th November and submitted all the relevant details for verification. It is now the 7th December and I have heard nothing back from Tide. I’ve contacted Tide Customer Services via, phone app message and direct email but I only get told that they have informed whoever of my enquiry.
Is this normal practise? Are Tide just overwhelmed with new account set ups and that means I’m in a queue or something?
