Tide getting worse


I have been with Tide for over a year now and the service is getting worse. 3 companies and I am starting to think that my business will be better off elsewhere.

The latest was blocking a payment which needed to be paid today. If it’s not there by 9am Monday, one of my companies are screwed!!!

Will Tide accept the responsibility and pay out the hundreds of thousands of pounds in damages we will chase?

I appreciate that any delay with the making of payments can be very disruptive. Checks on payments are, however, part of our obligations as a financial service provider.

These processes are in place for the security of our members, we try to keep them as quick as possible, without compromising the quality and diligence we expect from our agents.
