Tide Application Closure


Dear Tide community, please can you help me?

I have recently applied for a business account, I am an expat moving back to the UK shortly. Our business is set up in the UK and we meet the account criteria as far as I can see. I have been through several rounds of questions via the app, sending back the required information each time.

I have just received an email message “Tide Application Closure” but there is no other information. My access code to the app now does not work so I can’t contact anyone. I have sent an email to hello@tide.co but have not heard back yet.

It’s two weeks to get to this point, and now I don’t know why the application has been closed or if there is anything I can do to correct the situation. Can anyone help?
