Tide app freezes on welcome/splash screen

Hi,
I’ve checked other answers and they don’t seem to apply (or at least the fixes they suggest do not work for me).

I’m trying to open an account.
I’ve installed the app on a OnePlus 6T. The app opens and displays a blue background, white circle and the words “Smart Business Banking”. It never gets further than this.

I have cleared the cache, cleared data and uninstalled and reinstalled the app several times but having no joy.
Currently with Cashplus and their app is rarely even working correctly so desperate to jump ship!

I’ve spoken to our developers and they’ve been doing some tests over the past few weeks. Good news - the OnePlus 6T is now compatible so we’d love you to give us a go!

Just tried it. Same problem. Uninstalled, reinstalled. Same problem. Cleared cache and storage. Same problem. Manually enabled all permissions. Same problem.
I’m a developer myself … is there anything I can do to help?
