Terrible Support

I contacted support about an issue which is prevented me getting paid. Very unhelpful originally, and then support stopped altogether. I’ve been messaging multiple times over the past 7 days and nothing.

Started a new chat today, no faith in this getting looked at. Beginning to not trust this company with my money.

I received a reply finally at 2pm and nothing since…

I’m getting fed up with automated replies, and wouldn’t like to speak to an actual person now regarding this… not good.

I run a small business and it must be one of the hardest things in the world to NOT reply to somebody in general. Even more difficult when it’s an urgent matter, to whether bills get paid on time or not…
