i have got anew mobile phone, and i have tried to log in to tide on my new device. I have gone through all the steps to revover my account until it says that more check need to be carried out for security and i will be notified when this has been done.
This was 2 days ago… i really need to access my account. How long will thses checks take. I will not have any money sent into my tide sccount until i can access it.

As i cant log in i also cant chat with support tjrough tje app… please help.

I’m able to see that your account recovery request has been approved already. You should be able to login to your account now.
