i have got anew mobile phone, and i have tried to log in to tide on my new device. I have gone through all the steps to revover my account until it says that more check need to be carried out for security and i will be notified when this has been done.
This was 2 days ago… i really need to access my account. How long will thses checks take. I will not have any money sent into my tide sccount until i can access it.
As i cant log in i also cant chat with support tjrough tje app… please help.
