I’ve been stuck on the verification screen for days now I’ve emailed quite a few times and have requested a call back three times already but I have not heard from anyone please tell me how I can access my account.

I’ve had a look into this, I believe that you’ve gone through the account recovery process with an email that’s not associated with your existing account with us.

Can I ask you to double-check the email that you used and go through the process once again? Simply reinstall the app and select ‘I already have an account’ to begin.
