I signed up the other day, I get youre super buys, but ive ben stuck on the support message screen for days now?

Is it just me?

Hi both,

Sorry to hear you’re having trouble with your app.

Could you please follow the below to try and fix this?

  1. Close your Tide app
  2. Restart your phone
  3. Check that your Tide app is not open when your phone restarts - if the app is still open, close it.
  4. Open your Tide app

This should help fix the issue but please let me know how you get on.
