Stranded as tide doesn’t reply for 20 hours and counting!

Made a payment today to buy a truck
Tide blocked it
Staff travelled hours to collect
Tide still haven’t answered in 20 hours and counting despite having plus and personal service

Called helpline , cut me off twice
Called and spoke to two agents who said they call back and didn’t

No one answers

I’ve put staff up in. A hotel as they stranded

Tide doesn’t care or they too busy to reply or care
