I applied over a week ago to open an account with Tide and heard nothing at all, I’ve reached out to ask what’s happening and in surprisingly heard nothing, nothing at all.
Is this a reflection of their customer service overall or am I just down the back of the sofa where the dust and forgotten stuff Lives?
This is quite something of a spectacle and doesn’t bode well. I will give it a couple of days then go to my own Bankers (Barclays)
