Here’s some feedback. I’ve been waiting for a response to my messages for nearly an hour and a quarter. Why? I don’t know, but it’s not good enough. I’m having problems re registering via the app with account I already have. I’ve never had the problem in the time I’ve had an account. It’s simply not good enough, if you’re going to offer a service like this. Either sort it out or offer a phone number to deal with queries.
Me too … and I have been unable to make payments for four days !
I tweeted their CEO and within about 15 mins, got a response. I’m not surprised, but it’s not good enough. Turned out it was my mistake, but I waited for nearly three hours to find that out. It’s not really good enough. You had any luck yourself?
I’m abroad on a business trip and my card is being declined. I was sat in a restaurant and unable to pay the bill. I have been waiting over two hours for a response.
