Sent Payment missing



Hi, sent two payments to my personal account within a minute of each other. (Salary/Directors Payment).

I have received the first payment within a short time but the second Payment hasnt landed in my account after 4 hours.

Ive never had any problems before so am a bit concerned why theres a delay?

I am unable to contact through the in app chat as messages fail to send.

Are you able to help on here or is there an email address i can contact you through?

When Tide payments are returned by a recipient, PPS allocate the funds back to our member’s account. Unfortunately there were some delays in this case. Rest assured that these delays are rare and please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused.
