Security Reasons Error


I have been trying to use the app to make payment, I managed to pay one supplier now it’s locked me out and says I can’t use this device because of security reasons.

Only just happened a couple of days ago, can’t use the contact part in the app as always says there’s an error and I have emailed a couple of times now with no response. Can someone assist me please so I can carry out my payments?
