Our SMS provider needs to carry out maintenance from time to time, which can affect the service we provide to our members.
When will the next maintenance take place?
The next maintenance period is currently scheduled for the following time (all GMT):
- Wednesday 7th August 8:00am - 9:00am
What this means for your Tide account
You won’t be able to add a new payee during this period of downtime.
After the maintenance is complete, you’ll be able to continue as before.
All other services will run as normal!
