Am having problems scanning passport and drivers L . And by look of it so it’s many more people . I have tried emailing tide but all they say is keep trying to scan they need to take on board that it’s not working and fix problem

I’m having the same problem. I’ve tried an Android and iPhone but I can’t scan my passport with either. Very frustrating.
