We’re experiencing network issues due to a third-party provider - we’re investigating this as a matter of urgency and we’ll give you more information as soon as we can.

We’re still experiencing issues with some of our services that may prevent you from accessing Tide.

This is due to an outage at a global network connectivity provider (Cloudflare), which is currently affecting services across the web.

Cloudflare confirmed the cause of the issue is now fixed, but it may take some time for services to return to normal.

We apologise again for the inconvenience this may be causing and thank you for your patience.
