✔️ RESOLVED - Issue affecting the Tide app - 18th November 2019


We’re getting reports of some of our members experiencing issues using their Tide app, including making payments and viewing transaction history and balance.

Our banking partner, PrePaySolutions, is experiencing an outage and they’re working to resolve the issue urgently. We’ll update you as soon as we know more, and when we’ve had confirmation that it’s resolved.

You can continue to use your Tide card to make payments as usual.
