I have been having this issue since you mentioned it 14 days ago. I waited until recently to contact support to see if it was just a glitch but ut still not working. Why is it taking so long to sort out and when will it be fixed?

We’ve identified the exact ATMs where you’ll encounter this problem: RBS ATMs, Natwest ATMs and Tesco ATMs.
Mastercard and RBS are still working to fix this as soon as possible but in the meantime, please use your Tide card at alternative ATMs to withdraw cash.
