You will be sent a Tide MasterCard automatically for the first current account you open when you create your Tide account. If you create additional current accounts, you will need to manually request a Tide MasterCard for these accounts.
Visit the Accounts page of the app (accessed via the ‘Accounts’-button on the bottom left corner of the screen or by selecting the account on the start screen) and select the Card Icon.
Find the current account you would like a card for by swiping left or right on the picture of the cards. Once you have selected the correct card, tap Request new card.
After tapping Request new card you will be prompted for your security code by way of authorisation.
Your card will arrive within one week. Once it has arrived, follow these instructions to activate the card.
