I have been trying to liaise with Tide since February in order to get more information regarding a company that is in Liquidation. So far, the only reply I got was “use the app”. For obvious reasons, we do not have access to it.
Our emails have been ignored and there is no reply for the only phone number available in their website.
This is my last attempt to get some proper information before making a formal complaint to the Financial Services Authority. I hope someone, who can give proper information, gets in touch in the next 5 days.
