I had to reload the app on a new phone and went through all the security checks but now my app is just saying that more checks need to be carried out. Its been nearly 36 hours that I can’t access my account despite raising several tickets and trying to cantact you via email. As a small newly opened business it’s a fragile time for us and having your account effectively suspended because you reload an app is not good at all. I have bills that need payment from supers and utilities and your continued silence is not confidence inspiring.
