Recovering account

I was looking to do a £4K payment to my lawyer yesterday at 530pm unfortunately I forgot my security code so I had to recover my account. At 6pm last night I received a message that further checks would be done and this would take at least 2 working hours. It’s now 11:30am and I can’t access my account and this is now placing me under severe pressure and doing damage to my business can you therefore please address this issue urgently as my business is not functioning because of this. If I do here from you by midday I will have to escalate this as an official complaint.
