Recipients not shared across accounts

Using the webapp I have a few payees setup but they are only visible when selecting one of my accounts, when I change the ‘from’ account I have to setup the same recipient again. I tried selecting choosing account A and the recipient and then switching to account B but this cleared the recipient field.
