QR | Web Login Not Working - despite successful message

I am trying to log into the desktop app, using the QR code. I receive a successful message on the phone, but the browser has no change.

I am also trying to connect Quickbooks to Tide. Same issue. Qr code to authenticate does nothing after a successful message on the app.

I have not had problems with this before, nothing has changed. Same device, same number.

Please advise?

FIXED - This was a browser / cookie issue in the end.
