I can’t get onto the web version. I follow the instructions with the QR code and I get a notification to say I’ve been successful but nothing happens on my computer screen. I’m wondering if its a browser/cookie issue - can anyone help? Sent a message on the app but its been ignored so far
Hi. I have had the same issue since October last year. I have been in contact with Tide via their app and they say that it is a known issue with some phones (I have a Sony Experia X2 running Android 9).
They have not been able to give me a ‘fix’ date, which is disappointing and am considering changing banks.
