Problem logging in to Web service


I’ve been trying to log in to the web using ‘Log in on your computer’ at and upon scanning the QR code, the phone states “You have successfully logged in to Tide on the web”, but the web page simply reverts to the “Click to reload QR code” image, without actually logging in. I’ve tried repeatedly over several hours, also tried deleting the Tide cookies from the browser, but with no success. I’m using Chrome on Windows 10.


I am having the same issue. I have tried Chrome and Edge browsers.

Typically what should sort the problem out on Chrome is to open up our Web Login page in incognito mode. It’s slightly safer, and should let you go through the QR code scan without any more hassle.

Just tried Incognito mode in Chrome, but get the same issue.
