I am a PREMIUM member and I have been trying to call for several days and I have also been leaving multiple messages. But not a single person is getting back to me.

I have payments that I need to put into my account but I cannot as it takes me over my account limit, I have requested that the limit be increased, & have filled out the form. But have heard nothing back.

Further to this, I have reached the limit on monthly transactions going out and now I cannot pay anyone.

Again, I need this limit increased as a matter of urgency!

But no one is helping me!

Or getting back to me, no one is answering the phone, calling me back or responding to my messages here.

My business has essentially come to a total stand still.

Unless this can be resolved quickly, I will basically go out of business. All thanks to this bank account, because no one is assisting me.

I beg you to please resound to this and help me before it’s too late to save my business!
