Hi, I have had a couple of payments sent to my Tide account but these aren’t showing. These are usually credited straight away. Is there a problem?

We did experience a technical issue with our provider earlier today, between 10:00 and 13:00 roughly, all faster payments that would have come in during that time have reached us, they simply haven’t cleared into your account.
We’re working to see all payments that this has affected reach members as soon as possible.
