Payments/account balance/no response

Hello, I was ensured that our account balance would be increased last week. However, I haven’t received an update (I was promised a call on Friday 7th August). I’ve sent many messages (in app) without reply and the payment is being reissued by our client tomorrow. I need to ensure the balance on the account has been increased to ensure this is received.

Please can someone contact me asap today to confirm that this has been done.
