Trying to complete a property purchase but the funds I “sent” to the Solicitor yesterday have not gone through because of Tides “security checks” - despite half a dozen messages on the internal system and providing a scanned copy of the settlement statement funds haven’t gone and I am getting no response from Tide.

What else can I do to resolve this before I am clobbered with penalty fees for not completing on time?

I can see that you’re already in communication with the right team - I wouldn’t be able to advise on the specifics of the security checks, but my colleagues will do what they can to sort out the matter as quickly as possible.
